SHUTTLE POLICY

REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or “no-shows” are non-refundable.

  • Delays or cancellations due to extreme weather or unforeseen events will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

GENERAL SHUTTLE POLICY

Reservations

  • Advance reservations are recommended to guarantee your seat.

  • Walk-up passengers will be accommodated based on availability.

  • Online, phone, or in-person bookings are accepted.


Pickup & Drop-Off

  • Passengers should be ready at the scheduled pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to departure.

  • For airport pickups, our drivers will wait up to 7 minutes after the scheduled pickup time; additional wait time may result in an extra charge.

  • Multiple stops may be made along the route to accommodate other passengers.

Luggage​

  • Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Jett Pass is not liable for lost or damaged items.

Conduct & Safety

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol is permitted on board.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

Delays

  • While we strive to operate on time, traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Special Requests

  • We cannot accommodate for needed Child safety seats.

  • Service animals are not permitted.
