REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours or “no-shows” are non-refundable.

Delays or cancellations due to extreme weather or unforeseen events will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
GENERAL SHUTTLE POLICY
Reservations

Advance reservations are recommended to guarantee your seat.

Walk-up passengers will be accommodated based on availability.

Online, phone, or in-person bookings are accepted.
Pickup & Drop-Off

Passengers should be ready at the scheduled pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to departure.

For airport pickups, our drivers will wait up to 7 minutes after the scheduled pickup time; additional wait time may result in an extra charge.

Multiple stops may be made along the route to accommodate other passengers.
Luggage
-
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Jett Pass is not liable for lost or damaged items.
Conduct & Safety

Seat belts must be worn at all times.

No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol is permitted on board.

Disruptive or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
Delays

While we strive to operate on time, traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Special Requests

We cannot accommodate for needed Child safety seats.

Service animals are not permitted.
